Ingredients

• ½ tsp. pure lime extract
• 1 packet OPTIFAST 800 Vanilla Powder
• 1 packet noncaloric sweetener
• ¾ to 1 cup crushed ice
• 1 tsp. imitation or pure rum extract

Directions

Blend OPTIFAST, extracts and water until OPTIFAST is dissolved (2 minutes). Add crushed ice and blend just until mixture is thick and ice is no longer in chunks.
